We are a small, privately owned company, so please allow 24 – 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 19.00–21.00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Orders are generally shipped within 24–48 hours using DHL, delivery standard is 2–7 days.
We offer flat rate shipping to countries within Europe and free shipping for orders over €200. You can find the shipping costs in the tables below. The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tales & Trinkets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tales.and.trinkets@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
